New fluorescent and MS active labels for glycan analysis are
designed, synthesized and applied for analysis of glycans of various
origins. The research is also focused on development of materials
for oligosaccharide and glycan purification. Glycan analyses are
mainly based on CE and HPLC methods with fluorescence and/or MS
detection.
