Barbora Kudláčková focuses on the extraction of biologically active
compounds from medicinal plant materials using compressed fluids and
their characterization by chromatographic techniques. She completed
her doctoral degree in the field of Food Science at the Faculty of
Chemistry, Brno University of Technology, in 2010. Since then, she is
a member of the Department of Fluid Phase Separations. Barbora
cooperates with Mendel University in Brno, Department of Crop Science,
Breeding and Plant Medicine, and Silva Taroucy Research Institute for
Landscape and Ornamental Gardening, Průhonice, Czech Republic.
