Denisa Smolková graduated from Brno University of Technology with a
focus on the study of perovskites and graphene oxide thin films.
Nowadays, as a Masaryk University student, she is working on her PhD
thesis at the Department of Fluid Phase Separations of the Institute
of Analytical Chemistry of the Czech Academy of Sciences. She is a
member of the research group developing positively charged fluorescent
labels to improve the analysis of glycoproteins and glycans using
capillary electrophoresis and mass spectrometry. Denisa interned at
the research group of Prof. Christian Neusüß to get acknowledged with
their own CE-MS interface, nanoCEasy, and trapped ion mobility
spectrometry.
